習近平訪美 學習小組畫重點

(中央社台北17日電)中共黨媒人民日報海外版旗下博客來網路書店網路社群帳號「學習小組」發文表示,整理過去幾次歐習會,這次歐習會應會談到中美新型大國關係、國際局勢及元首情誼等3件事。

習近平將於22日至25日對美國進行國是訪問,並於26日至28日赴紐約聯合國總部出席聯合國成立70周年系列峰會。

而習近平與美國總統歐巴馬的「歐習會」將是此行的重點,學習小組歷數歐巴馬與習近平之前的4次見面、5次通話,整理雙方涉及的重大事項。

文章說,2013年3月14日歐巴馬與習近平首次通電話,當時習近平向歐巴馬提出,中美有著巨大的共同利益,也存在一些分歧。中方堅定不移維護和促進中美關係發展,願同美方一道,牢牢把握兩國關係大方向,走出一條「新型大國關係」之路。

兩人之後數次會面與通話,習近平皆提及「中美新型大國關係」,2015年2月11日雙方第4次通話,在美中雙邊投資、貿易壁壘等議題正熱的背景下,習近平希望雙方加快雙邊投資協定談判,培育貿易和投資合作新亮點。

當時,習近平還提出「雙方應該尊重和照顧彼此核心利益和重大關切,希望美方重視中方在台灣、涉藏等問題上的關切,防止中美關係受到不必要的干擾」。

學習小組另外整理了雙方多次會面所觸及的國際議題,包括烏克蘭形勢、北韓核問題、敘利亞問題,伊朗核問題等,並特別強調「在伊朗核問題談判過程中,中美雙方開展了密切溝通和協調,這是兩國共同構建新型大國關係的又一重要體現」。

這次歐習會,外界認為美中情勢依舊複雜,因此,「新型大國關係」成為近來大陸官媒討論歐習會時,必然列入的重點。1040917
