Background:

   對於不同患者之鞋墊需求,目前只有少數的研究提供矯具類型(之後稱之為鞋墊)或是材質使用之建議。

 

Objectives:

  此研究目的有2,其一是為了獲取關於鞋墊材質特性方面的較大程度之了解、其二是了解這些鞋墊會如何影響步態,並用以此提升臨床層面上的決策過程。

 

Study Design:

   至於研究設計方面:我們採用重複性的量測方式。

Methods:

  我們設計不同的條件,其中包含:只穿鞋、4款不同的平坦鞋墊搭配鞋子穿著、與使用客製化設備分別對2種不同材料製造2種不同密度的鞋墊等,接著讓受測者在類似跑步機的踏車上走路,並評估10位受測者的足底壓力與運動學等數據。

Results:

  對於平坦的鞋墊而言,我們發現中等密度的EVA材質(乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物)會比起其他至少一款材質容易產生較大的峰值壓力,而低密度與中密度的PU(聚氨酯)材質在增加平均接觸面積,與減少時間壓力積分等方面能達到不錯的效益。使用客製化裝置做出的鞋墊僅與只有鞋子的形況做比較後發現,並沒有明顯的顯著差異;而中等密度的PU(聚氨酯)與其他材質相比後發現,其平均接觸面積的百分比較高。

Conclusions:

  研究所得到的結果是,對於中等密度的PU(聚氨酯)材質,我們推測在載重特性上有種潛在性的差別,其暗示這是一種可能適合處理壓力補償的材質。
