200811022336Deen de Bortoli Vat 5 Botrytis Semillon 2006

    Pale golden.  Medium nose of honeysuckle and chamomile with a whiff of botrytis.  Medium sweet with hefty a dose of tartaric acid.  Although at 11%, the alcohol still gets to you quite quickly.  OK finish.  ($150+ @ CityS)
