嘉義一名計程車司機行經吳鳳北路時，因為太過疲勞，在等紅燈時小休息了一下，結果直到綠燈了都還停在原地不動，被網友上傳至臉書「黑色豪門企業」，引起許多午有討論。當天巡邏員警也有上前詢問，該名駕駛也稱是因為太累，所以休息一下，沒想到就睡著了，所幸當時是深夜車輛不多，才沒因此發生意外。
畫面中顯示，凌晨2點多的吳鳳北路上，一台計程車停在大馬路上，原本以為是在停等紅燈，但是視線稍微往上一瞄，才看見交通號誌已經轉變成綠燈，但是該輛計程車依然停在原地不動。據目擊者指出，該名運將太累了，至少在路上睡了10分鐘左右。
當天巡邏員警其實也有發現該名睡著的司機，只是當找到人時，該輛計程車已經停在路邊了，上前詢問時，駕駛也無奈的表示，「睡著了，累了。」嘉義南門派出所表示，該名司機當天已經開了10小時的車，因為太累才會睡著，「經本所人員了解，駕駛因為開車太累，利用停紅燈時休息一下，結果睡著了。」
