    {時間} 訂在2010年農曆年之後,在過年假期結束之前開始勃根地酒莊的大亂喝,日期是2/27日星期六,晚上六點半。

    {地點} 在亞都麗緻1930來個辦的Echezeaux地區的大亂喝,偷偷在裡面藏了兩支DRC的酒。上次小的辦DRC結果是一場大慘案,所以這次就不要再只DRC啦!先試試看到底上次是地點錯誤、酒錯誤(裡面有幾支絕對是酒有問題的)、開瓶醒酒失敗、還是杯子的問題。

    第一支上來的是1999 Moet & Chandon Brut Rose

    這是W大割愛的香檳,混合了35% Chardonnay、60% Pinot Noir、及5% Pinot Meunier。氣泡很細緻,酸度沒那麼高,是成熟的美好香檳。席中有學妹問到為何小的比較喜歡Rose而不是一般的香檳呢?道理很簡單,因為小的祖上沒積德,沒喝過很好喝的香檳啊!不像小尼子,有人請喝K牌的香檳。還有就是太酸的東西小的接受度真的不高,(每天心裡的OS都夠酸了,不用再加更酸的東西啦!)

    WS:89。Dry and biscuity, this rosé offers candied cherry, wheat toast and citrus flavors. Sleek, with an emphasis on lively acidity. Not that expressive, but should work well with food.

    再來是今天小的的加碼酒1999 Maison Leroy St. Aubin 1er Cru

     

    這支是成熟風味的白酒,但是一點都不顯老態。礦石味、加上淡淡的花香,順口又好喝的白酒,唯一的遺憾就是太少了點。當然小的是不可能久戰的,今天大文豪把酒一直放在桌上,捨不得喝,結果這支擺到最後竟然還有爆米花的奶油香氣,加上濃郁的甜味。

    今天的紅酒都是兩點鐘開瓶的,除了1987的DRC那支在四點鐘的時候又把瓶塞塞回去之外,其他的酒就這麼開瓶的醒著。今天的酒表現都超級棒,原來勃根地的酒是這麼的強壯,也需要這麼長時間的醒酒。謝謝亞都麗緻巴黎1930這麼專業的侍酒服務。

     1993 Domaine Francois Lamarche Echezeaux


    這雖然已經十幾年的酒,但是酒色只稍稍帶點磚紅,丹寧已經柔順,酒體還是有架勢,順口好喝,不是老態龍鐘的婆婆,反而像是輕熟女的滋味,就像周大會長所說的,技巧高超的族群啦!根據她們自己的網站上說,A very good vintage: all wines may be drunk, but there's no need to hurry; they are at their peak and will bring you an enormous amount of pleasure today.

    BH:90。A penetrating nose of moderately high-toned spicy black fruit trimmed in violets and floral notes that lead to supple but intense flavors that are rich and refined with excellent finishing energy and more refinement.

    北海道鮮貝附野菇、青豆泥



      

    2003 Domaine Emmanuel Rouget Vosne-Romanee


    這支酒完全擄獲了周大會長的心,小的有幸坐在會長旁邊,只聽到會長淡淡的說了句,還是青春的肉體好。鴿子血的紅寶石紅酒色,是焦糖口味的酒,剛進杯子的時候還有一點點強狀的單寧感受,但是在杯子裡晃晃酒見見的越來越香甜,整場餐喝到最後還是一直保持著很好的狀況。只聽到將來要搬到文華苑的宅神說要去把整個Emmanuel Rouget的酒莊給包下來,有幸認識這些上流社會真好。謝謝宅神。

    澳洲海鱸魚附迷你朝鮮薊

    每次吃1930的海鱸魚都覺得肉質好韌,特別是很配紅酒。

    原本沒要這麼早喝DRC的,但是大會長說怕再喝下去會不知酒味,(是在場的粉味太強了嗎),所以就依照會長的要求,先來個老年份的DRC。

    1987 Domaine De La Romanee-Conti Echezeaux 

    原來這才是老年份的DRC,上次都喝錯了。他的變化很多,酒已經不再是花果香派的了,反而是菸燻味道、蕈類、松露(?)、木材的味道,但是煙燻的味道一直貫穿全場,入喉後還是有淡淡的反甘感受。真的是好喝的老酒,是今天到場的"學妹"(葡萄酒界的名人,雖然T大稱呼她為學姐,但是小的比人家年長這麼多,叫人家學姐就把美女叫老了,還是呼為學妹比較親切一點)比較喜歡的一支。

    RP:90。The 1987 Echezeaux is as exciting as the 1986. More flattering and precocious in style, it shows excellent color, a lovely rich bouquet of plum-like fruit, plenty of spicy oak, relatively full body, and a long, crisp finish. It will be the first to mature among the domaine's wines, and should be ready by 1992-1993; it will age well for 15 or more years.

    WS:92。Most forward of the DRCs, with beautiful aromas of currant, berries and a bouquet of spices that fairly leaps out of the glass then hangs on to the long finish. Tannic, tart and tightly wound, but so focused and concentrated that it has to be great after cellaring

    松露鴨肝附燴白豆


    2004 Domaine Daniel Rion & Fils Echezeaux

    沒想到今天這支酒最沒醒,而且最年輕,丹寧最澀口。整個就是封閉到一個不行,但是可以看出將來會是一支很棒的酒。在杯子裡搖了很久很久之後,慢慢得從厚重的落地窗簾後露出了一點點的美貌,將來長大應該會是艷麗動人的美女(現在想想,也許該進一下醒酒瓶)。

    BH:89-92。A much more classic nose of spicy black fruit and earth framed by a subtle touch of oak highlights rich, full and youthfully austere flavors that are structured, serious and powerful.

    甜酒特級牛菲力附馬鈴薯泥


    2005 Domaine Meo-Camuzet Echezeaux Les Rouges Du Bas

    RP:90-91。The Meo 2005 Echezeaux leads with slightly tart red raspberry and red currant which mingle with suggestions of caramel on the very creamy palate. Back-end brightness is allied to somewhat awkward tannins and the culprit in this finish is the recent racking and sulfuring. Concentration, ripeness, purity and vigor will win the day as soon as the wine recovers. Between the effects of drought and of localized hail (in May, before it could effect quality) Jean-Nicolas Meo reported one of his smallest-ever harvests. His production, however, is being boosted these days by a range of negociant wines under the label Meo-Camuzet Frere et Soeur (marked F&S in the listing above). The top wines had been assembled in tank and sulfured in preparation for bottling, and
    were suffering a bit on account of this.

    TZ:90-92。Good deep red-ruby color. Redcurrant, tobacco, licorice and minerals on the nose. Dense, concentrated and sweet, with ripe acids framing the somewhat reserved red fruit flavors. Finishes with substantial ripe tannins. A bit youthfully sullen but there's strong material here. Like all of the top cru bottlingshere, this will reward eight to ten years of cellaring.

    BH:91-93。

    2004 Domaine De La Romanee-Conti Echezeaux


    這支會不會太好喝了,如果以後再也喝不到更好的酒怎麼辦。整支就是順口,整個酒香跟花香就像在嘴裡爆炸了一般,吞下爆炸的花果炸彈之後還有夜來香的香氣在喉嚨裡留連,好像站在茱麗葉家的花園裡,看著羅密歐對她款款的訴說著愛意,簡直就要流下淚來了。

    BH:90。A penetrating nose of moderately high-toned spicy black fruit trimmed in violets and floral notes that lead to supple but intense flavors that are rich and refined with excellent finishing energy and more refinement

    TZ:89。 Medium red. Rather exotic aromas of liqueur-like red fruits, spices, leather and underbrush. Silky, seductive and a bit decadent in its early sex appeal, but with its lively acids and apparent oak tannins this has a slight dry edge. Firmed up with air and gained in freshness.

    這有多好喝,看看下面那位仁兄,他的動作說明一切:就算老婆把刀架在我脖子上,我也絕不讓林董搶走我的酒!(這位先生,您拿小的的杯子當人質對嗎?小的真的是無辜的受害者)

    當天1930高朋滿座,便看看外面的人喝的酒,MARGAUX大全集。


    謝謝大家的參與,小的今天終於扳回DRC的窘境的(其實DRC從來也沒窘過,丟臉的一向是小的自己吧!)。

    下次再來RICHEBOURG大亂鬥吧,就像外面的那桌一樣專業一點好了!
