    前言:「Henri Jayer」當這個名字從 3 月份文生會爐主 Tony 口中吐出時,我頃刻產生兩種動物的反應,一是看到肉包子的狗,口水流滿地,「Henri Jayer」呢!對這位傳奇的勃根地之神充滿好奇與憧憬,葡萄酒愛好者有生之年,一定要喝到的酒,光想,口水就留不停;另一種是被蛇盯上的老鼠,渾身發抖嚇傻了,根本不知道該如何反應,「Henri Jayer」呢!只喝兩支就好,每個人準備個 NTD$ 20,000 可能都不夠。

    「啊你是中樂透嗎?」

    「沒有啊......??」

    「那你打算每個人花多少錢?」

    「沒有啦」Tony 像是突然聽懂我問話的意思,乾笑一聲說:「我們要喝的是 Henri Jayer 的傳人之酒」

    上個月的 Denis Mortet 品酒會提到了父子傳承,不像 Bordeaux 上演著財團併購的商業行為,在 Burgendy 數代傳承的故事可說俯拾皆是,也留下很多動人的故事,我覺得這是個好主題,演繹著人與土地結合、密不可分的關係。因此決定,3 月份文生會主題是 - Henri Jayer 的傳人之酒品酒會。

    時間:3月28日 2:00 pm

    地點:五號酒館。

    人數:有些會員跟我反應,每支酒喝 70c.c. 太少,但也有會員跟我反應,每人分 70c.c. 但每次喝 6瓶或更多,總量超過半瓶以上,實在太多了。為了兼顧這兩種人的需求,本次試辦喝多喝少任君挑方案,預計分為 80c.c.與 50 c.c. 兩組,喝多付多、喝少付少。80 c.c.組 5 人,50 c.c. 組計 7 人,總共 12 人,後補 3 人(以上個月的經驗,會有人報名後不克前來)。80*5+50*7=750,剛好可以把一瓶酒分完。

    報名:待酒單 Post 出來,我會在版上公佈報名開始,報名時請註明報名那一組,請大家注意前面的報名狀況,任一組先額滿,後面再報名的人,只能報另外一組。

    1. Emmanuel Rouget 2004 Echezeaux Grand Cru

    BH:90-92
    The last vintage of the Fabled Henri Jayer's Echezeaux. Allen Meadows writes: "A completely different aromatic profile as here the fruit aromas run toward dark and black berries with deep violet and warm earth nuances that lead to rounded, rich and notably sweet medium full flavors that are supple and also attractively textured as they are firm but not hard and underpinned by moderately ripe tannins. There is a touch of herbaceousness though this may disappear once the wine has been racked. Good potential here."

    2. Jayer-Gilles 1990 Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Damondes

    Jayer's Nuits St.-Georges-Les Damodes is usually a magnificent wine, and the 1990 is another stunning success. The nearly black color is followed by a nose with aromas of sur-maturite in the pruny, black-cherry scents intertwined with copious quantities of toasty new oak and roasted meats. In the mouth, the wine exhibits great extraction of flavor, full body, and a sweet, rich, viscous finish. The significant tannins are balanced by the wine's awesome concentration. Drink it between 1995-2010 . One of the stars of Burgundy, Robert Jayer has begun the decade of the nineties with what appear to be the finest wines he has ever made. No one makes better Hautes Cotes de Nuits and Cote de Nuits-Villages than Jayer. As the numbers attest, these are thrilling, even amazing wines. 1992/10/1

    3. Meo-Camuzet 2004 Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Les Murgers

    A core of pure cherry and a vibrant structure define this refined, well-integrated red, with ripe tannins that will mellow in a year or two. Has fine length, with intensity and a mineral aftertaste. Best from 2008 through 2015. 325 cases made. 2007/5/15

    4. Emmanuel Rouget 2004 Nuits St. George

    BH:86-88
    'Light ruby. This is extremely pretty with a high-toned red pinot fruit nose liberally laced with floral, earth and violet notes introduces supple, forward, and pure middle weight flavors that are precise, delicious, forward and should drink well early.
