
Venetian的運河區盡頭是一個廣場,廣場是有三家餐廳,餐廳都是義大利發音的名稱,這家Postrio就是其中一家,不過它賣的可不是義大利菜,而是美國 fusion 食物。
這家Postrio是由知名餐飲達人Wolfgang開的,Wolfgang單單在拉斯維加斯就開了好幾家餐廳,除了這家Postrio之外,還包括:
"Chinois" and "Spago" in the Forum Shops at Caesars,
"Trattoria del Lupo" at Mandalay bay,
"Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill" at the MGM Grand
"CUT" at The Palazzo
Postrio其實還不錯吃,價錢也不貴,由於它的口味是改良過的,雖不道地,但反而比較容易被大眾接受,所以攜家帶眷的朋友可以來簡單吃一頓。以下是菜單與價錢:

以下是我點的烤雞與沙拉,還不錯吃。
麵包。不錯吃。
氣泡礦泉水,這個特別,來自挪威的水,很少見。喝起來的感覺酸度較高,"山泉味"較明顯。不過我還是比較喜歡聖佩里葛瑞諾的水。
凱撒沙拉。不錯吃。不過凱撒沙拉這玩意不就這麼回事?要弄到超優非常難,要搞到難吃也不常見,大多就是不好不壞不錯吃。
俺的烤雞,配菜有馬鈴薯泥、甜豆炒菇。果然是我愛甜豆、甜豆愛我,俺也沒刻意點甜豆,但它就是會自動出現在我面前。
這個烤雞不錯,肉質不老不柴,也沒有怪味,而且很大一盤,連我這個大胃王都吃得有點撐。同桌請我們吃午餐的美國佬,點的香腸盤看起來也很誘人,不過俺沒有拍照.....被廠商老闆請吃飯,還拿出手機拍別人的食物,顯得實在不夠專業,所以俺只敢偷偷拍自己吃的而已。
這家是在"室內的戶外"用餐,環境不錯。
旁邊就是運河,景色宜人。
天空是假的,但做得還蠻真的。比凱撒宮的假天空做得優很多。
這個水沒喝完,我把它打包帶回家繼續喝。
居然有"年份"。
