在密西根,一次野外踏青時
一位日本朋友帶來這道漂亮又好吃的果凍
於是跟她要了食譜
這也是我每次Potluck 的菜單之一
1 small carton of whip cream 一小盒液態鮮奶油
2 cup 100% orange juice 柳橙汁
1 can canned orange 橘子罐頭
2 pack (7g) gelatin 吉利丁(粉末)
70g sugar (you can change) 糖(適量)
1. Drain syrup from canned orange. 罐頭橘子將液體倒出瀝乾備用
2. Soak gelatin in 100ml water. 將吉利丁先溶於熱水
3. Heat 100ml water and sugar with a middle size pan,
then put gelatin into it. Heat it until the water become clear.
Be careful not to boil! 水和糖開始加熱,再放入溶解的吉利丁
4. Add orange juice and heat for a while. Do not boil it, again.
(I don't know why, but my friend taught me so.)
再加入柳橙汁,有熱就好,不要煮到滾
5. Remove the pan from gas, add whip cream and stir. 加入鮮奶油
6. Wait for a while until the juice become not too hot.
Then pour into tupperware or something your favorite container.

7. Drop canned orange randomly into the container. 將罐頭橘子放入排好
8. Put the container into refrigerator. 冷卻
9. Wait a few hours and enjoy!
等到成品出來,就是上面白色(等同奶酪),下層橘色透明的雙色果凍。
如果用低脂鮮奶油亦可,但是可能無法凝成雙層。
