font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">娜娜@新埔 01<br /> <span style="font-size: 21px;">柿餅香背後的新埔原貌</span></p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">每年到了十月，娜娜身邊的朋友們，總互相邀約著一起到新竹的新埔去拍柿餅，以及可愛的柿餅婆婆。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">愛跟路卻又有點小迷糊的娜娜，卻鬧過新埔跟新埔捷運站分不清楚的笑話，因為一聽到新埔，就直覺反應是捷運板南線的新埔站，娜娜還想破頭說新埔捷運站附近哪有曬柿餅的地方啊？直到朋友解釋，娜娜才知道在新竹縣有個新埔鎮，這個小插曲在娜娜第一次的柿餅之旅裡，一路成為同行朋友的笑柄。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;"><img border="0" src="http://4.blog.xuite.net/4/9/e/d/17770967/blog_851510/txt/18302445/0.jpg" /></p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">新埔除了有柿餅小鎮的美名外，可也是全台古厝保存數量最多的鄉鎮，好朋友小莎與大呆對新埔的古厝有興趣，臨時招兵買馬，約定各自從台北出發到新埔會合。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">小K這陣子公司忙，娜娜想了一下，決定利用假日自己去新埔探索一下。曬柿餅所需的九降風還早得很，娜娜刻意選在非柿餅季拜訪新埔，就是想看看這個柿餅小鎮在平日的純樸原貌。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">到了新埔，跟小莎與大呆這兩個古厝迷在范氏家廟碰面前，娜娜愜意地漫步在新埔的中正路上。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">「咦？前面怎麼有一堆人在排隊啊。」根據正港台灣人娜娜的判斷，有排隊就可能就是名店，那就湊個熱鬧來看看吧。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">靠近一看，原來是賣手工傳統豆腐的店家，想想自己的行程，實在不適合帶著豆腐跑來跑去，看著忙碌的老闆娘，娜娜也不好意思太過打擾，只開口詢問了可以拍照嗎？</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;"><img border="0" src="http://4.blog.xuite.net/4/9/e/d/17770967/blog_851510/txt/18302445/3.jpg" /></p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">一邊看著傳統豆腐的製作過程，娜娜跟一旁等待豆腐出爐的老闆娘媽媽聊了起來，才知道這家豆腐店在新埔已經有百年的歷史，現在由第四代老闆接手，但還是堅持以傳統製作並且不加防腐劑，香滑可口的豆腐除了在地的新埔居民喜愛之外，有不少遊客也會慕名來買喔。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">「看妳這身裝扮，妳應該也是遊客吧。」豆腐媽媽笑笑的說。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;">「是啊！只可惜我一整天得在外面，實在不太適合帶著豆腐跑來跑去啦，」娜娜略帶遺憾地回答。</p> <p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 150%;"><img border="0" src="http://4.blog.xuite.net/4/9/e/d/17770967/blog_851510/txt/18302445/4.jpg" /></p> <p style="font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;">新埔小資訊</span></p> <p style="margin: 5px; font-size: 13px; line-height: 150%; color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"> 新埔舊稱「吧哩嘓」，原為平埔族打獵的荒埔。新埔地區最早有漢人來開墾可以追溯到兩百七十多年前，來自廣東惠州府陸豐縣、嘉慶州鎮平縣、潮州饒平的一些人，首先在吧哩國（新埔）開墾。但由於清廷對於渡台開墾的政策時鬆時緊，加上當時新埔地區原有的平埔族和原住民的住居，新埔並未有大規模的漢人開墾。</p> <p style="margin: 5px;
