這些食材英文怎說

生活中常見、常吃的小東西，往往也是我們學英語時最忽視的，像我們天天吃下肚的食物材料-葱，英文你說的出來嗎？

可能這些烹調材料對於生活在英語世界的某些族群-像婆婆媽媽、或像廚師 比較具有溝通的價值，一般外語學習者鮮少會提到它們。

然而，隨著一些大廚美食節目的大受歡迎，節目中提及的一些蔬菜、香草、佐料等食材名稱，變成了能否聽懂該節目英語旁白或主持人講話的重要因素；一方面，在台灣與外國友人談及美食是無可避免，這些食材的英文就變得相當實用了，Derek要藉著圖片的查找一一的將它們弄個清楚!

  

首先，就從我們中餐常用的辛香調味食材「蔥」開始吧....

蔥有好多的說法.....

  

 scallion 青蔥

 green onion 青蔥

 leek 大蔥，韭蔥
(Notes:  Leeks look like large green onions, and they have a more complex onion flavor. They're often cooked as a vegetable side dish, or used in soups.)

  chive 細青蔥
