標籤 ： 在澳大利亞博物館的原住民展館，有一個很重要的主題是關於「the stolen generation」。因為澳洲政府對原住民的同化和殖民政策，讓原住民小孩從小被帶離原生家庭，進入寄宿學校或是寄養家庭，強迫他們學習白人的文化，切斷他們與部落的聯繫甚至欺騙他們原生父母已過世，這樣的錯誤政策造成原住民文化的斷層，澳洲的一群原住民藝術家透過藝術創作，對政府的錯誤政策做出控訴。以下是他們的宣言：
