We like to encourage you to submit films to the:
25th INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
BERLIN - 3 – 8 November 2009
The coming festival edition will presentmore than 400 films during six festival days in various competition categoriesand special programmes. Prizes valued at a total of 40,000 Euro (60,000US$) will be up for grabs for those films selected to run in competition.
International juries will bestow ‘interfilmShort Awards’ in the following categories:
Competitions:
International Competition
Documentary Competition
Confrontations - Against Violence and Intolerance
German Competition
Eject ‘The Long Night of the Unexpected’
Forward – Viral Video Award

Focus on Russia & Netherlands
Retrospective to mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall
"interfilm Academy" with panels, workshops and seminars
Retrospectives, special guests, clips & tracks
Festival film library, lounge, parties, special events for our guestssuch as a film-location tour of Berlin. All these things and even moreare set to guarantee an informative and thoroughly entertaining festival!

Das Internationale Kurzfilmfestival Berlin ruftFilmschaffende auf, sich mit Kurzfilmen zu bewerben. Während dersechs Festivaltage werden in Wettbewerben und Rahmenprogrammen über400 Werke gezeigt. Er werden Preise im Wert von € 40.000,- vergeben.
