Round 1：

2005 Chateau Saint-Cosme Gigondas Valbelle
使用90% Grenache, 10% Syrah，濃郁的漿果醬，帶有花香類氣息，奶梅，甜美濃郁有咬感，口中是微黏稠的漿果感覺，香氣複雜多變，單寧紮實，這支法國酒妖豔度一點都不輸澳洲酒，但不可否認做真的好。

The 2005 Gigondas Valbelle is also a candidate for one of the two or three best wines of the vintage. It is 90% Grenache co-fermented with 10% Syrah and has a terrific dense purple color as well as intense blackberry and cherry fruit notes intermixed with some roasted Provencal herbs, lavender, and a touch of graphite in the background. Beautiful, full-bodied favors ooze the character of Provence, and the wine should drink well and last 15 or more years.

2005 Domaine de la Roquette Chateauneuf-du-Pape
使用70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre，些許黑加侖，礦石感多，喝起來酸度明顯，礦石感持續在舌上打轉，結構不錯，剛開瓶喝起來單寧頗明顯，稍有酒精感，酒體強勁，隔天喝仍有不錯的持續力，香氣徐徐飄出，不是大開大閤型的酒，有像是老電報家族的酒，個人覺得還不錯喝，WA形容與喝起來的感覺蠻一致。

The 2005 Chateauneuf du Pape exhibits much more tannin, structure, and a more closed personality than its counterpart in 2006. The wine has a dark ruby/purple-tinged color (darker than the 2006), a rather firm mouthfeel with more animal characteristics, some dark berry fruit, high tannin, medium to full body, and good acidity. This wine needs to be forgotten for 2-3 years and drunk over the following 15.

2005 Turkey Flat Vineyards Barossa Valley Grenache
使用100% Grenache，這支在上次『澳洲四酒廠』品飲會中沒有喝到，今天剛好來補完，灰塵與礦石，皮味，植物枝梗，些許花香，甜度集中且酸度很足，漸漸有柑桔皮與瀝青香氣，40分鐘以後香氣就一直出不來，香味生命期有點短，變酸的速度也稍快，這跟上次酒會的感覺一致，單寧多且細。

Richer, deeper, and fuller-bodied with more nuances than the 2004, the 2005 Grenache exhibits a flowery, black raspberry, and sweet kirsch-scented bouquet. A bigger, better effort than its older sibling, it should drink well for 5-7 years.

2005 Bonny Doon Vineyard California "Le Cigare Volant" Unfiltered
使用50% Grenache, 24% Mourvedre, 22% Syrah, 3% Carignane, 1% Cinsault，這是Round1裡面最細緻優雅的一支，結果竟然是美國酒，香草，輕柔莓果香，是可愛飛揚的小酸李子，口感微甜，容易喝且不錯喝，奶香漸漸綻放，酒質細緻喝起來舒服，可惜尾韻有點短，現在就蠻好喝。

The 2005 Cigare Volant (50% Grenache and the rest Mourvedre, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault) exhibits peppery, earthy, black currant and black cherry fruit, and medium body. This spicy, hedonistic vin de plaisir should be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years. Purchasers should treat it like a French Cotes du Rhone.

2001 Cellers Fuentes Priorat Gran Clos
使用55% Garnacha, 35% Carinena, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon，雪梅，辛辣香氣，集中甜漿果，香蕉水的spicy感慢慢消失，口感甜濃，有酒精的厚重感，帶點金屬的銳利，醒後有些許香草，杉木屑，奶油香氣，結構不錯，複雜度也令人驚喜，新派討喜的一支酒，交響樂的價格實在超值。

The 2001 Gran Clos, a blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Carignan, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, is a big offering. An inky/purple color accompanies sweet aromas of blueberries, blackberries, crushed stones, and flowers. It possesses a velvety texture, a juicy mid-palate, and a long, concentrated, full-bodied, tannic finish. Give it 2-3 years of cellaring, and enjoy it over the following 12-15.

2001 Clarendon Hills Clarendon Blewitt Springs Vineyard Grenache
使用100% Grenache，一開始是礦石，薄荷，酒精辛辣感，漸漸有黑加侖等肉感濃郁的漿果香氣出現，口感甜濃，有酒精與燻肉的感覺，漸漸有煙草，沾煙灰的糖果香氣，酒體集中，甜度在酒體尾韻不會轉成苦感，喝起來還算有份節制，之前喝過新年份Clarendon Hills都很濃甜，看來陳年後有更平衡的表現。

The dense plum/purple-colored 2001 Grenache Blewitt Springs Vineyard offers a heady concoction of red as well as black fruits, flowers, incense, balsam wood, and spice. On the palate, it is prodigiously thick, rich, viscous, and packed and stacked. Difficult to resist, this exuberant, full-throttle wine should be at its peak between 2004-2012.

2001 Domaine de Longue Toque Gigondas Hommage a Gabriel Meffre
使用55% Grenache, 32% Syrah, 13% Mourvedre，單寧已經熟軟，風乾李子，柑桔，些許枯葉，是我喜歡的秋天感覺，酒體輕盈，喝起來可愛小甜美，平衡感頗好，現在就很好喝的酒，已經成熟，不需再陳年太久。

The 2001 Domaine de Longue Toque Gigondas Hommage a Gabriel Meffre exhibits a saturated ruby/purple color in addition to a sumptuous bouquet of lavender, balsam wood, pepper, black currants, and black raspberries. Pure and rich, with an underlying minerality as well as noticeable new oak, it will have a longer window of drinkability than the 2000, but it will not be as flattering in its youth. It should last for a decade.

2001 Domaine Vial-Magneres Collioure "Les Esperades"
大部分為Grenache，加少量Syrah與Carignan，少許奶梅，咖啡豆，香草等等舊橡木桶香氣，酒精感快速消失，平衡易飲酒體稍微簡單，尾韻表現也還可以，還不錯的中低價位酒款。

2009 Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough Pioneer Block 18 Snap Block
新鮮貓尿刺激香味，許多的百香果，口感也富含百香果味，很典型的Sauvignon Blanc，果味讓人頗舒服，貓尿到是有些可怕，散去後比較容易接受，還蠻好喝的酒。
