酒友洪大生日,來了場洪門生日宴,地點在龍都餐廳,現在大家年紀比較成熟,吃東西份量比較節制了,都把空位給了好酒,在此也要祝福找到幸福佳人的V律師,不要再飄泊浪蕩啦,定下來吧。

2005 Rieussec Blanc Sec “R”
索甸區Chateau
Rieussec的干白酒,瓜果香,鳳梨乾,有些乾糙花香飄出,尾韻有礦石味,酒體渾圓,入口酸度明顯,搭餐不錯,是我喝到少數平衡感不錯的中低價波爾多白酒,搭餐很適合。

1997 Cave de Tain-l’Hermitage, Hermitage
稍微甜熟的漿果,黑加侖,藥草香氣,香氣迷人,可惜氣味掉的有些快,漸漸有更多的酸李子香氣,煙燻烏梅等等,帶些新式感覺的酒廠,稍微有深度,現在就已經很好喝,不需再陳放太久。

Crafty winemaking has created this international style of Hermitage. Wonderful, with an amazing velvet structure. Full-bodied, with rich flavors, it coats the palate with great complexity, from the obvious toasted, smoky, new-oakish notes to the deeper wet earth and terroir character.

1993 Chapoutier Chateauneuf-du-Pape “Barbe Rac”
乾樹葉,皮毛,深秋的漿果,感染了乾燥與涼意,小甜美口感,有些香料味道,中度微厚酒體,喝起來有些偏酸,帶點化學感辣感,酒體還算細緻,單寧不多,尾韻有些粗澀感,差不多該喝掉了,這隻酒帶領我進入教皇新堡的美妙世界,對我特別有意義。

A sleeper vintage, the dense ruby/purple-colored, extremely concentrated 1993 offers a gloriously heady concoction of melted licorice, seaweed, black cherry liqueur, and smoke. It is a candidate for the “wine of the vintage” in Chateauneuf du Pape.

2004 La Chapelle La Mission Haut-Brion
第一次喝到La Mission Haut-Brion的二軍酒,使用較年輕的葡萄果樹釀造,42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 55% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc,一開始是悶悶的李子醬,酒精感,薄荷,礦石類氣味明顯,酒體厚重,漸漸有Merlot的巧克力香氣,薄荷,有時還飄出檳榔味與花香,香氣有變化,口感生澀需醒酒,還頗扎口,喝起來複雜度少些,整體表現還很強壯。

The dark ruby-hued, forward 2004 La Chapelle de la Mission exhibits sweet tobacco and black currant fruit, a plush, fleshy mouthfeel, and an easy-going personality. Consume it over the next 7-8 years.

2003 Gerard Bertrand Minervois la Liviniere “le Viala”
石榴果醬,礦石,樹葉,甜美果香,酒體濃厚,展現新派多果味的面貌,有時會有花香味道跑出來,結構也不錯,單寧舒服,讓人會喜歡上他的討喜酒款,酒莊的頂級酒之一。

Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. An extracted, exotic style with sandalwood and olive aromas and layers of gorgeous red and black fruit flavors. Supple tannins are laced with licorice, smoke and becon fat notes. Finishes with dark chocolate.

2005 Francois Villard, Saint-Joseph “Reflet”
濃郁酒體,李子與黑加侖果醬,少許花香跑出,漸漸會有迷人的菸草香氣,喝起來可以感覺有些生澀葡萄,多單寧,酸度明顯且持續到尾韻,礦石感多,讓酒感覺壯碩卻不肥膩。

Dark, sweet and spicy up front, with mouthfilling plum, licorice and fruitcake notes, all backed by a fleshy texture and a finish that's loaded with dark cocoa, fig and black licorice notes. Has great grip. Drink now through 2015.




1996 Cave de Tain-l’Hermitage, Hermitage Vin de Paille
麥桿酒,酒精度達16%,一些氧化氣味,紙板,蜂蜜,酸白果,柑桔香氣,甜度些微集中,酸度多些會搭配的更好,口中有微微的苦感,尾韻呈現柑桔花蜜與礦石感,表現是偏弱了些。
