Southern Rhône Region Printer-Friendly Version Rasteau is a small village (population 696) located in the Southern Rhone a short three miles east of Cairanne and 10 miles north of Gigondas. Until about ten years ago, Rasteau was most known for Vin Doux Naturel (VDN) or muted-sweet wines. In fact, Rasteau gained appellation status in 1967 because of these sweet wines. These were made from overripe Grenache, whose fermentation was stopped with the addition of alcohol, yielding a rich red wine like port. As Beaumes de Venise was known for its sweet white Muscat, Rasteau was known for its sweet red Grenache. Rasteau Cuvée Prestige (40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre):From vineyards with a high percentage of limestone, facing south and southwest. Made from vines averaging 60 years old with a yield of just over two tons an acre. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in tank for 15 days, then aged in barrel for a year. Plenty of rich fruit on the nose, strawberry, blackberry, kirsch along with licorice and spice. A hearty wine for hearty foods.

今天看到一則在隆河產區的Coteaux du Tricastin 有關核廢料外洩的消息不知道對CNDP有沒有影響?

分別再七月八日以及七月二十四日有核外洩現象還流入隆河對下游應該也有影響
