    這款甜餅食譜取自於奶油品牌『Land O Lakes』。全名為 “ Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies ”。
    恰巧這週採購時尋獲了一罐彩色糖粒,所以就試做一下囉 ~

    Preparation time: 45 min
    Baking time: 7 min
    Makes: 6 dozen

    1 cup Land O Lakes Butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup sugar (怕太甜,所以我自行減半)
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar (我沒放)
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    Sugar, if desired (當然不會加,已經夠甜了啦!)

    Heat oven to 370’F. Combine butter, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Beat until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    Flatten to about 1 1/2 inches with bottom of glass dipped in sugar; sprinkle with decorator sugars, if desired. Baking for 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

    部分餅乾我照指示壓的較扁,而有些我則沒壓那麼扁。裝進自己用各款色紙摺的小紙盒內也蠻可愛的!將數個紙盒集合起來放進大鐵盒內就成了一個禮盒;或將小紙盒放進小袋子內,用條緞帶繫起來,便可成為送給小朋友的 goody bag了。
