這是第一次頹廢之旅我認為平均水準最高的一家,每道菜都是令人無話可說的三顆星水準。像是另闢蹊徑的武當派一樣,他們提供的菜單充滿創意,同一道菜內又有多種變化與組合。冷湯蕃茄凍配魚子醬鮮美無比:小擊中。甜點中的薄餅餃,一口咬下會有香甜的內餡醬汁湧出,這是名符其實的擊中。Sommelier推薦的magnum選擇也令我相當滿意。餐廳是現代化的裝潢,但十分有品味。
