    故事大綱：

    時值二十一世紀的今天，勞動的自由是什麼？在哪裡？據說，「人力派遣」系統能夠幫忙追尋！

     

    沒有立法規範的「人力派遣」系統，已經在美蓉這位職場新鮮人身處的社會中開跑了。她所任職的「401人力銀行」公司，順應近年社會的多元發展、國際企業經營環境的轉變、微利時代的到來等等現實狀況，積極運作「人才派遣」的機制，並且在「金銀島生化科技集團」的投資下，展開「人力保值」專案活動，鼓舞著有志之士前進、前進……

     

    職場上的美蓉，工作繁重，但是她認同老闆的理念，也相信新專案的創新設計，能幫忙更多人找到對的、好的工作，把公司的幸運草精神象徵散播得更廣、更遠。只不過，天真的她沒想到，有一天，一個個從「401」派遣出去的人才，帶著挫敗與痛苦回來討公道，緊接著，自己也要身陷災難之中了。

     

    在這個「派遣的年代」，「工作」怎麼變成這麼一回事呢？笑容總是甜美的美蓉迷惑了。這時，女菩薩般的立委就在眼前，超人般的學者身影飛來，宛如革命家切格瓦拉的記者走近…他們會帶來什麼答案嗎？


     

    [Hot Time] Plot:

     

    What is the freedom of human labor in this 21st century? Where is it? It is said, “The Manpower Delivery System” can help on these questions.  
     
    Standing out of legislation, “The Manpower Delivery System” has been run already in the society where the social freshman – May lives in. Her working place---The “401 Manpower delivery company” is a good example. Facing the highly advanced and diverse development in Taiwanese society, the transforming environment of international firms, and the coming of low-profit time, the company is actively developing the mechanism of “manpower delivery”. Moreover, with the money invested by Treasure Island Bio-technology Group, the project of Human Capital’s Maintenance has been developed, which inspires ambitious people moving forward to the bright future.
     
    Although May ‘s workload is heavy. She identifies herself with company’s mission statement. She also believes that the creative design brought by the new project can help more people to find out better works in right places. May was, however, too naïve to realize the truth that those talented people sent out from 401 company finally came back to ask for justice with frustration and pain. She never expected that one day she would join these upset people merely because she was trapped in the disaster the company results in.
    In the Manpower Delivery Era, what working affairs will become? May, the girl always with lovely smile is really confused by this question. In this moment, legislators are showing up in front of her just like a Buddha, academics are coming up as a superman, correspondences in the feature of Che Guevara is walking closer to her… Will they bring the resolution?
